TNLP Technologies for Transformation

Looking for the Key to Upgrade your Life?

Sarah's Work with Clients

I practice an advanced form of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) called Transformational NeuroLinguistic Programming (TNLP). TNLP includes technologies based on traditional NLP, but goes far beyond it. TNLP is a highly effective method for releasing long-standing beliefs and identity patterns that have blocked full self expression, lasting happiness, career success, and/or satisfying and enduring relationships.

In short, TNLP supports the experience of having more of what you desire in life and less of what you don't.

My clients come to me because they are experiencing roadblocks of all types: frustration, lack of clarity, habitual negative patterning, sadness, hopelessness, anger issues, feeling lost in life, or just wanting more out of life. TNLP sessions unlock binding beliefs and patterns to resolve traumas and losses from personal life history or inherited through the family lineage.

What Happens in a Session?

During a typical TNLP session, we focus on a specific outcome that you wish to have in your life. The work unfolds during the course of intentional conversation and processes which reveal, release, rebuild and re-imprint limiting beliefs, behavior patterns, and structures of identity.

Typically, a single session can create noticeable change in a client's ability to access more of what is desired. Very deep levels of change, thorny issues or patterns resulting from early trauma often require multiple sessions. With that said, there is no requirement to continue indefinitely; the change-work done in each session is lasting.

Where Do I Start?

Private sessions are available in person in the San Francisco Bay Area and worldwide via Skype or Zoom.

Please Note: TNLP sessions are not psychotherapy, and are not suitable for clients with psychological conditions that require the attention of a trained psychotherapist.
