What is Imposter Syndrome?Imposter Syndrome is the secret fear that, despite your training, your degrees, your experience, or your skill set, you aren't good enough to do the job you've been hired for.
Are any of these statements ever true for you?

These worries can be very specific about a large project you've been assigned, a talk you need to give, or a report you have to make in front of your peers or superiors. They can also come from a general feeling of uneasiness that you might not be as good as you're supposed to be, that maybe people are over-estimating your abilities, or are expecting too much.
Imposter Syndrome leads to an erosion of confidence, anxiety over self-exposure, and an increase in self-doubt.
When we experience these feelings and thoughts, we often think we're the only ones. We don't talk about how we feel with other people at work because, well, that's the whole point - we don't want anyone to know! Because of this, most of us keep these feelings to ourselves and have no idea that others around us may be experiencing similar fears.
We feel isolated and worried that we're in the wrong place, maybe even the wrong life.
Would you be surprised to learn that a very high percentage of successful business people suffer from Imposter Syndrome at some point? It affects people across the board, regardless of race, gender, or overall capability.
NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) is highly effective in getting to the root causes of Imposter Syndrome, clearing them, and installing new self-concepts and beliefs that support being in business and life with authenticity, appropriate authority, and renewed confidence and clarity.
If you're ready to feel more sure of yourself and your place in the world, let's talk about how NLP help.
